Its almost Friday so maybe try this 10 Rep Circuit to your weekend workout!
I combined two programs I was doing and I think its a fun circuit.
Here are the exercises:
squat clean lunge 5 each side
squat squat pulse ( add a core ball and engage those abs) 10 reps
hammer curl, L raise, bicep curl alternating L raise for 10
burpee star jump 10
shoulder press 10
tricep kickback 10
wide row plank 10
pushup row knee elbow tap alternating 10
30-60 minute rest, repeat for 3 sets
