Don’t Freak Out!- Mindset is everything
Hydrate! Staying hydrated makes everything work at its best, skin look clearer and bright, digestion etc. So aim for half your body weight in ounces.
Sweat! Sweat it out baby. HIIT, Cardio, Strength training, Hot yoga, running etc. Get a good sweat on, heart rate up and release those toxins. Plus you get the added bonus of feel good endorphins (free legal drugs). A great healthy tip!
Eat Clean! Fill that plate with lean protein, healthy fats, complex carbs, lots of veggies and some fruit. Skip the greasy, fried, prepackaged stuff.
Don’t Quit! After 3 days of doing well don’t throw in the towel. It should become a lifestyle. Here is a healthy tip, find a workout style you love and do it daily. Find healthy meals you enjoy and incorporate them on a weekly basis. Keep chugging that water. Join an accountability group to keep you motivated and accountable. Start to notice how you feel NOW with these healthy changes.
