The program is 6 weeks. The workouts are 20 minutes of non stop action to build, sculpt and transform your body and mind.

There is also a modifier who doesn’t use the step. Even though you start the program with no step, Shaun wants you to finish the program on the step. You can do it and he will help you through it.

What equipment do I need?

The Beachbody Step. The modifier does not use a step but Shaun wants you to finish the program using the step even without the risers. He will challenge you in each phase to add risers.
