Today’s Lesson- Cardio never hurt anybody
Today is FRIDAY !!!! YAY it is also MOVE That BODY Day- AKA Cardio Fix
There are 4 rounds, 2 moves each round and you repeat them twice. AND as always she throws in a bonus round for a little extra burn. I am a cardio girl at heart, moving fast paced and getting my heart rate up excites me. But not everyone is in LOVE with cardio. The good news is there are levels of intensity from LOW intensity to high intensity. You don’t have to keep pace with Autumn (the trainer) if you cant.

- cross jacks
- high knees
- mountain climbers
