Booty Lifting Exercises

Moves to lift and tone the booty

Summer is here and we all know that means its shorts and bikini season. So lets work on lifting up the backside with these exercises. The heavier the better. Start low and work your way up.

  1. Lunges right and then left. Do 15 at medium weight. Do 12 slightly heavier. DO 8 heavy.
  2. Squats. Do 15 medium weight. Do 12 slightly  heavier. Do 8 heavy.
  3. Deadlifts. Do 15 medium weight. Do 12 slightly heavier. Do 8 heavy.
  4. 3 sets of 10 weighted curtsy lunges right and then left. 1 set no weights.
  5. 3 sets of 10 weighted slow step ups. 1 set no weights.
  6. Using a step run up and down it for 45 seconds. Repeat 4 times.
  7. Box jumps. 10 sets of 10.
  8. Weighted bulgarian lunges 3 sets of 10 each leg.
