Summer is coming to a close (weep weep) and that means school is starting back up and its time to take control back and get back on track! Summer is full of vacation, pool parties and BBQ but that also means lots of added calories and less strict routines and often means we just don’t feel our best anymore. We need a refresh!
What we need is to go ALL OUT in August and get our bodies back to burning dat, building muscle, adding back natural energy and fueling our bodies with whole food nutrition.
We start on the 14th with prep week where we set up our kitchens, workout calendars and meal plans.
