21 day fix week 1 results

Today’s lesson: Never quit, you don’t know what the outcome will be

So I was super excited to start this program. Did I have a lot of weight to lose? Nope. Was it that I don’t normally eat healthy? Nope. However, I have been stressed out lately and that can lead to weight gain and I did have a few extra pounds and lots of bloating going on.  Within the first 4 days some of my challengers were down 7 and 10 pounds!!!! I know I don’t need to lose 10 pounds but I wanted my flat tummy back. I wasn’t sure this program was working for me but by day 7 I woke up and well….you be the judge.

  • 30 minute workouts that target the whole body
  • nutrition simplified- no guess work no calorie counting
  • a fun group of ladies to do it with
  • excitement of a new trainer added to the beach body family

 

So here are my results no bloat and feeling great, lots of energy and liking the workouts too. I love 2 of my girls who said Autumn reminds them of me,,,,,what a compliment love you ladies.
