Now he’s bringing joy in the form of dance conditioning and strength training.

Lets get up

The program is only 30 minutes a day  and has 6 workouts. There are 4 dance workouts and 2 strength training days. There is also a bonus streamable dance you can do at the end and post it to your Instagram reels or Tik Tok with music created by Shaun T.

 

 

 

There is no equipment needed for the dance workouts and light to medium weights for the strength workouts.
