The calm before the storm…

I love being busy. My week starts off stacked with teaching fitness classes, training clients and coaching my virtual clients and then tapers off. So since my workout program (see Lift For Life) was a break from weights and cardio this morning, I found a quiet spot to just be, stretch, breathe.

This pic was taken at 5am. This is my Me Time.Yup yoga  I am slowly giving yoga a chance as I normally need constant movement. But with lifting heavy and doing HIIT its good to give the body a rest by stretching it and improving my flexibility at the same time.

Plus I added in some handstands (if you watch my IG my stories you saw me in a pose comparing reality vs IG doing bridges)

After I filled my own cup with some yoga and fun, I was then energized & empowered to teach my 6 am insanity live crew, train my 7am client and then go for a walk with a friend at 8. See why it’s important to take care of YOU first before others???

Once I am home, my #bossbabe time kicks in. Working from my  or  checking in with my virtual fitness community(my private groups). I love seeing their sweaty selfies and how their morning workout was. I get excited responding to emails from ladies who are ready to make a change in their health. I also love listening and learning from other amazing girlbosses who have had success and can teach me ways to be a better leader

I love that I get to build a better life daily. Build a body I am proud of. Create an amazing culture within my team who becomes my family and within my virtual fitness community all from my phone, no matter I am. Simply by taking action on an awesome coaching opportunity 💕
